Postpartum doula services and lactation counseling
Postpartum Doulas
Postpartum doula support including but not limited to: daytime/overnight care- allowing new parents to get some much needed rest while caring for baby, sterilizing pump and bottle parts if needed, breast and bottle feeding support, light laundry and organizing, unloading dishwasher, meal prep and more!
Lactation counseling can be offered separately from PPD services: providing infant feeding support for parents, in person or virtually.
PPD services start at $45.00hr with a 4 hour minimum. Contracts can be tailored based on clients specific needs. Example of a possible contract would be: 40 hours of doula services including 5 day shifts (4 hours each) and 2 overnight shifts (10 hours) to be used within a 4 week period. Most clients will create an 8 week schedule with a mix of day and night shifts to experience both types of support that's best for them Lactation consults: $75
