About Indie Doula
Bio
I have been married for 15 years + have three children (born 2011, 2014, +2018), all of whom were born at home under the care of loving Midwives + Doulas. I am a Duluth, MN native, but have lived in Wheat Ridge (a suburb of Denver) for about 9 years. I love to go on neighborhood walks, mountain hikes, + spend a lot of my alone time thrifting. My other passions include homeschooling my kids, reading multiple books at a time, + constantly redecorating my home.

A: I serve within a 30 minute range of 80033
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: Indie Doula was inspired by the birth of my sweet niece, Indie. Her little life + the support that I was invited to give to her parents after her birth was what inspired me to take the leap + officially be available to more parents

1 postpartum planning visit, 2-4 in-person postpartum visits, healing sitz bath herbs (5 baths), recovery herbal tea (30 cups), rose-infused honey (one 4-ounce jar), newborn feeding support, newborn care guidance, client-led emotional, mental, + physical screening, sibling adjustment guidance, referrals, light cleaning (washing dishes, tidying the kitchen, running laundry, etc.), help with meal prep, texting, + phone availability.
