As trained & certified Birth Doulas we provide physical, emotional & evidenced-based information as we support and provide comfort to families throughout their pregnancy, labor & birth.

Pricing Description

Labor/Birth Doula Support - $1000

This includes:
• 2 Prenatal visits - Guidance in creating a birth plan, discuss comfort measures, expectations for the birth & provide referrals as needed

• Attendance at labor & birth

• 1 Postpartum home visit

• Phone/Text/Email support throughout the duration of the pregnancy

• On Call 24/7 – 2 weeks before & 2 weeks after the estimated due date

Postpartum Doula Support

Postpartum Doulas

Description

As Postpartum Doulas, we nurture new families. We offer emotional, educational & physical support for
the first few months postpartum, not limited to, but including: newborn education; infant care so parents can rest, sleep, and/or shower; infant feeding support; help with postpartum healing; light housekeeping; newborn sleep shaping; set up diaper changing station/organize nursery; support in transitioning back to work; referrals as needed.

Pricing Description

PACKAGE #1: $36/hour {8- 30 hrs to be used within the first 12 weeks}

PACKAGE #2: $35/hour {31 - 60 hrs to be used within the first 12 weeks}

PACKAGE #3: $34/hour {60 - 120 hrs to be used within the first 12 weeks}

PACKAGE #4: $33/hour {120 - 500 hours to be used within the first 16 weeks}

PACKAGE #5: $32/hour {500 or more hours to be used within the first 20 weeks}
