Comprehensive pelvic health assessment of the pelvic floor muscles, abdominal muscles, spine and hips.
Follow-Up Visits (50-60 minutes):

- Guidance during sessions to ensure proper engagement/technique; emphasis on pelvic floor & core-focused functional movements.
- Personalized home program designed to address specific concerns.
$190 per visit. - One 60 minute initial evaluation and creation of a care plan. - 50-60 minute follow-up appointments.
