Description

Pelvic Floor Evaluation (60 minute initial evaluation):
Comprehensive pelvic health assessment of the pelvic floor muscles, abdominal muscles, spine and hips.

Follow-Up Visits (50-60 minutes):
Each session will be one-on-one with Nina, and include a combination of assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education & patient education on how to supplement treatment while at home.
