Bio
I'm your hometown doula, serving more than 400 Atlanta area families for over 15 years, and I would love the opportunity to work with you. I was born and raised in Atlanta but have lived literally coast to coast and birthed my own babies along the way. I can help you navigate the waters of pregnancy and birth and those tender postpartum days that can be both raw and precious.

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: Metro Atlanta
Q: Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)
A: I have birth and postpartum experience with VBACs, cesarean birth and after care, twins, and homebirth.
Q: How much experience do you have?
A: I have been a birth doula since 2011 and have attended 300+ births and have worked as a postpartum doula since 2017, serving 75+ families in that time.

Let me help you understand your options for pregnancy and birth! Informed consent is a powerful tool that can make it easier to navigate these uncharted waters. This is such an amazing time of preparation and anticipation, and I would be honored to be a member of your birth team. There is no single “right way” to give birth, but understanding your options can take you from the passenger seat to the co-pilot seat- your baby is the one in charge!

Postpartum Doulas
Description
Let me be your postpartum fairy godmother! I can optimize your sleep, nutrition, preferred feeding method, newborn care, food prep, toddler and sibling transition, and more. I support new parents by helping them gain confidence and learn to trust their instincts. I offer daytime and overnight support.
Pricing Description
Daytime support (any hours from 7am to 7pm) is $40/hour.
Nighttime and overnight support (any hours from 7pm to 7am) is $50/hour.
