About Holding Space: Doula Services
Bio
As a full spectrum doula, I meet people where they are. I offer support through the the entire spectrum of reproductive experiences regardless of their care choices. My services include individual childbirth education and prenatal yoga instruction, continuous doula support throughout labor and birth, placenta encapsulation, and newborn, new parent, and new family care throughout the fourth trimester. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and held throughout any reproductive experience.
