My role as a wife, mother and caregiver has fueled my passion to help other women. Our role in society is at the core of a strong foundation. I serve my community outside my home as a clinical massage therapist and certified labor doula. I believe in physiological birth and have personal experience with my own 2 vaginal non medicated births in a hospital setting. I am a Perinatal Patient Advocate, Spinning Babies Pro and a Body Ready Method graduate. My approach is very hands on and empowering

What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
Stay active throughout entire pregnancy all the way up until the end. Take a hypnobirthing class and prenatal yoga.
How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
I am there for them as well, and do not replace them. I teach them how to help and contribute toward your desires.
