Hybrid - Three 55 minute sessions over the course of 3 months with in continuous in home support for postpartum mamas.

Remote package - Postpartum wellness with a 20 minute onboarding call and two 15 minute zoom calls. Remote packages are 3 months long in duration to help mama get back to doing all the things she loves safely!

Hybrid program - For those that can get to NJ … one visit per month and 3 months of in home support with continued guidance and personal exercise update. $990 (5% off if you mention Be Her Village)
