Haumea's Prenatal Yoga Classes will leave you feeling ready for your birth, however that may unfold. Classes are offered both virtually and in person in our Sun Prairie (just outside of Madison, WI) studio.

After your baby comes, we offer baby and me yoga classes. Our Baby and Me Yoga Classes will leave you feeling supported and connected.
