Bio
Hi there! My name is Maryah and I've been "doula-ing" since 2023, but my passion for birthmark and supporting others has been apart of me for as long as I can remember. Since staring this rewarding work, I have supported the following birth scenarios: natural, medicated, high risk, c-section, VBAC, and surrogate. Aside from my experience, I invest deeply into my clients by providing specially-curated resources throughout our journey together.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Research! There can be a lot of unknowns when thinking about pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Along with looking more into common terms and interventions associated with labor and birth, I recommend looking into chiropractic care as well as pelvic floor therapy.
Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
A: TLDR: They wont be! Doulas are not there to replace your partner. I work closely with my clients and their partner during pregnancy to identify and solidify what their role will be on the big day. When the time comes, I also work to keep partner's grounded and emotionally stable as well.

Birth Support includes prenatal visits, phone support during pregnancy, including on-call support starting at 38 weeks, labor and birth support, lactation support, and postpartum support
Pricing Description
There are two birth support packages offered to fit all dynamics: one is $850 (Harmonize Me Package) and the other is $1,100 (Loving Rhythm Package). The Harmonize Me package offers two prenatal visits and phone postpartum support. The Loving Rhythm package includes 4 prenatal visits as well as an in-person home visit.
