Couples receive 6, one on one, 45 minute sessions online with Nicole Lako, LMFT, founder of Happy Couple After Baby, and will have exercises to do on their own time between appointments. PLUS, couples can email once daily with questions.
A 6 week investment will best prepare couples for the undeniable transformation to parenthood.
You'll have rituals in place to connect, tools to communicate more effectively, and the
confidence to co-parent.
