Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
A: I support partners too, and help them support the birthing person. Most partners have never seen a woman give birth. It makes sense they wouldn't have the special tools and skills most labors demand. Once I figure out how to best support the woman, I hand over the reins to the partner if I can. I want them to be involved!
Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: I serve the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan areas. live in Toledo and will travel anywhere that is a 1 hour drive or less from me, roughly 50 miles.
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I am a certified birth doula through DONA International. I also have training in TENS as well as adult, child, and baby first aid/CPR/AED.

Prenatal appointments to create a birth plan that meets your vision and discuss preparations for birth
Unlimited text and call support before your delivery date
Assistance with locating and obtaining community resources and referrals
Continuous labor support starting when you request me to join through delivery and sometime after
One postpartum visit to check in on recovery, feeding, etc.

Birth doula service package investment total: $800.00. 50% deposit due to reserve due date and remainder due 2 weeks before due date.

Pricing Description
