Bio

As a postpartum doula and pediatric registered nurse, I bring a unique perspective to supporting new families. My nursing background allows me to care for both mothers and infants during the fourth trimester. I’m passionate about helping families find joy and grace in this special time, providing the education and support they need for a fulfilling postpartum experience.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: I have my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and also have my RN license. I am currently training for my postpartum doula certification through CAPPA.

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?

A: I am currently working in the Phoenix East Valley (Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, and Queen Creek), however if you are else where please reach out! I have worked with moms in the West Valley and would love to meet you and see if I would be a good fit for you and your family.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

A: My top piece of advice is to prioritize self-care and seek support. Remember, it’s completely normal to feel a mix of emotions during this time. Surround yourself with a strong support network—whether it’s family, friends, or professionals—and don’t hesitate to ask for help. Taking care of yourself is essential for you and your baby!

Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?

A: These feelings are totally valid. . As a postpartum doula, I’m here to help BOTH of you navigate this transition together. My role is to support you both, ensuring your partner feels valued and included. Together, we can create a nurturing environment that strengthens your bond as a family, allowing everyone to thrive in their new roles.
