What are your certifications and trainings?

I am a New York State licensed physical therapist. I am certified in pediatric massage, craniosacral fascia techniques, and the TummyTimeMethodTM. I also specialize in topics from tongue ties/infant feeding to bowel/bladder health.

How much experience do you have?

I have been practicing for over 14 years and momming since 2014.

What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

When I became a parent myself and realized I had an unfair advantage because of my clinical knowledge and proactive approach. I was able to set up play time, carry or position my baby, and monitor milestones without overthinking it. It became a mission to share the insight and information to help families grow + go play more confidently.

What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

Sharing out loud and pushing for a goal that you have or a concern that you notice is absolutely okay and not rude, pushy, or annoying. Find a provider or a friend who is willing to hear you - not just quiet you.
