I’m Franciska Farkas, a Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Full Spectrum Doula, integrative pelvic floor specialist, and Yoga, meditation, and breath work teacher of over 20 years.

I serve clients in and out of hospital and provide fertility, pregnancy, labor, and postpartum support. My doula practice is grounded in evidence-based research as well as traditional practices from Ayurveda, the holistic medicine system of India.

Full Prenatal + Birth Doula Support $$995
Postpartum Support $45/hr daytime | $50/hr Overnight
Prenatal Yoga $25/class | $85/monthly membership
Postnatal Yoga $70/class (1:1)
Ayurvedic Prenatal + Postpartum Support $120/session
Holistic Pelvic Floor Movement Support $70/class (1:1)
