Bone Closings, or "Cerrando las Caderas" is a cultural practice rooted in Mexican and Mesoamerican tradition, offering a sacred opportunity to honor the postpartum body and spirit. This ceremony offers warmth and grounding, and is designed to close the bones—physically and energetically—following childbirth. It helps realign the hips and pelvis after the openness required during pregnancy and labor, supporting the body's return to its center.

In home postpartum care is an amazing way to help new parents feel supported and loved. After the excitement of pregnancy and birth, young families may feel like they are in a whirlwind of change, scrambling for any semblance of routine. That's where postpartum doulas come in. In this package, families will receive 3 hours of in home care; this includes meals, light housekeeping, and postpartum treatments, herbal support, and verbal processing.
