Birth Doulas

Description

A satisfying birth experience doesn’t mean everything goes perfectly; it means you feel surrounded with love and support, and that your voice is heard. My birth doula services start from a foundation of compassion.

Services include 1-2 prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan, and practice comfort measures; attendance at your birth as a part of your birth team; and one postpartum visit for breastfeeding support and processing your birth.
