Description
I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational postpartum support. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and truly supported as you navigate this life-changing transition. I offer 4 hour day time shifts and 8 hour overnight shifts in your home. Postpartum care focuses on nurturing you while you care for your baby—helping with newborn care, feeding support, emotional check-ins, and creating space for rest and recovery.
