-1-2 Prenatal visits to prepare you and your family for birth
-Unlimited Phone and text support from 38 weeks to two weeks after baby is born
-On call at 38 weeks
-Support throughout labor when I am requested until baby is born. Includes comfort, relaxation, & pain management techniques, movement, and aromatherapy beginning in active labor
-1-2 hours of post-birth support, including initiating breastfeeding
$1250 for Basic Birth Doula package $300 for 6hrs of Nutritious Freezer Meal Preparation $650 12hrs Postpartum Support Package *additional hours can be arranged in advance at $40/daytime hour (8am-6pm) and $50/nighttime hour (6pm-8am) $2000 Deluxe Birth, Postpartum, and Meal Preparation Support (a savings of $200)
