We provide 1-1 care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy during pregnancy and postpartum. In pregnancy we treat all aches & pains associated with pregnancy, urinary/bowel leakage or pain, in addition to preparing for the best possible birth! Postpartum we like to begin treatment ASAP to set you up for success in your recovery. We use manual therapy, dry needling, massage/cupping and exercise prescription and education to achieve these goals!
