We provide 1-1 care with a Physical or Occupational Therapist during pregnancy and postpartum. In pregnancy we treat all aches & pains associated with pregnancy, urinary/bowel leakage or pain, in addition to preparing for the best possible birth! Postpartum we like to begin treatment ASAP to set you up for success in your recovery. We exercise prescription and education to achieve these goals!
