We provide 2-3 prenatal consultations to come up with a comprehensive birth plan that feels good TO YOU based on evidence based research. We educate you on different interventions, natural methods, birthing positions, how to get your partner involved and how to plan for postpartum! We also include 1 postpartum follow up. Some packages include prenatal massages and pregnancy and newborn photography. Virtual options are also available!
