Angel Wauthier is a Perinatal Health & Wellness Professional who helps women prepare for a better birth, a stronger start to breastfeeding, and a healthier pregnancy Her expertise includes high-risk low intervention vaginal births, VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) support as well as Lactation Support.

Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: After living through my own births and watching so many moms try to avoid complications, avoid C-sections, and succeed at breastfeeding, I became obsessed — in the best way — with understanding why complications happen and how to prevent them naturally.
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I'm a Certified Lactation Counselor, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, and Certified Birth Doula. I holds credentials as a Certified Body Ready Method® Pro, Microbirth Approved Provider, Registered Kangaroula, Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator, and Certified Community Health Worker.
Q: How much experience do you have?
A: Over 12 years of mom experience with seven children — including two homebirths, four vaginal births after two C-sections, and five hospital births.Almost 10 years of professional experience as a lactation counselor, doula, and childbirth educator.More than 100 families supported, educated, and coached.

Fruit of the Womb Perinatal Services provides natural childbirth classes, Lamaze® childbirth education, breastfeeding classes, and pregnancy workshops for expecting parents in the Greater Cleveland area and across the U.S. through virtual learning. Classes are taught by a Certified Lamaze® Childbirth Educator, Spinning Babies® Parent Educator, and Microbirth Approved Provider.
