One private, fully-customizable newborn and postpartum prep workshop conducted in your home ideally during the 8th or 9th month of pregnancy or the first week after birth. Includes setting up the home and gear, talking through newborn care and behavior as well as parental care and what to expect in the early days and weeks after birth. Workshop is typically 2-3 hours. Flexible scheduling.

Postpartum Doulas

Calm the morning chaos with Sunrise Postpartum Doula Support. Sunrise postpartum doula support is 3-hours of care between the hours of 4am and 10am. Great for families with toddlers, night owls who struggle to get going in the morning (baby won’t struggle - baby will be wide awake!), and those looking for a warm, calm start to the day (including your morning beverage of choose and a warm meal)! This is for three (3) hours of support.
