Fourth Trimester Support Circle

This program is a 6-week supportive group which focuses on building peer connections, while providing evidence-based information for moms and a supportive network of family centered professionals to support moms and families as they grow. Each session is 90 minutes, held virtually.

The Fourth Trimester Support Circle is a six week group for moms and their babies 0-5 months. The group provides moms the opportunity for peer connection, support and information from local family-centered professionals.
