Hi, I’m Ryann — a certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and mom of four on Long Island. Motherhood shaped how I support families with calm, compassion, and respect. I believe every woman deserves to feel heard, informed, and supported in her choices. Whether home birth, hospital, medicated or unmedicated, I meet you where you are and offer steady, evidence-based care through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. A: Don’t do this alone. Birth and postpartum are not meant to be navigated without support. No matter how strong, calm, or prepared you are, having someone whose sole role is to support you makes all the difference. A birth doula protects your space and helps you feel informed and grounded. A postpartum doula protects your rest and recovery.

Description
Overnight postpartum support allows you to truly rest while your baby is gently cared for. I handle diaper changes, soothing, burping, and settling, bringing baby to you for feeds or supporting bottles; whatever your plan is. I also wash bottles/pump parts and reset baby stations. These nights are about protecting your sleep, supporting recovery, and helping you feel calm and confident in the early weeks.

$55-60 an hour
2 weeks minimum of support
5 hour per night minimum; 10 hour per night maximum

Description
This personalized two-hour session is designed to prepare you mentally, physically, and emotionally for birth and postpartum. In a private setting, we cover mindset, the stages of labor, comfort measures and tools for coping, common interventions, and how to navigate decision-making with confidence. We also review immediate postpartum recovery and newborn care basics so you feel informed, grounded, and ready for the journey ahead.
