The initial visit is usually around 35-45 minutes. For pregnant moms we usually recommend bimonthly adjustments until 30 weeks then weekly adjustments after that! We want to help your body adapt to the weekly changes that happen in your body as baby grows to experience the most comfortable pregnancy and labor possible.
Initial Visit is $150 and every consecutive visit after is $60. We do offer packages for $180 for 4 visits, making each adjustment $45.
