In the weeks and months after birth, you and your partner have a chance to recharge in order to improve day-to-day clarity and performance. During each 8 hour overnight period, we will follow your infant care routine to afford you the opportunity for the sleep you desire.

Services are provided at $40/hour. 30% deposit holds scheduling. 5% Pay in full discount available. Payment due in full by first day of service. Payable via: Venmo (@fwdoulas) , Cash, or Check

Services include meeting prenatally and postpartum. Prenatally, expect:
Full risk and physical assessment
Discussion of any past breastfeeding issues or worries
Breastfeeding education
Individualized planning
Breast pump assistance

Postpartum visits will include a thorough medical history, newborn oral evaluation, feeding observation, and follow-up plan with resources and any needed referrals. Any feeding concerns can be addressed.

Without insurance coverage, visit fees are as follows: In-person Initial visit (Prenatal or Postpartum): $150 In-person Follow-up: $100 Telehealth Initial visit: $100 Telehealth Follow-up: $75 Lactation Program: $250
