Description

During our visits, we'll spend 1.5-2 hours. I'll help with your birth plan, review techniques and positions for birth, and offer unlimited support via phone/email/text throughout your pregnancy.
For labor support, I'll be on-call starting at 38 weeks and offer continuous physical, emotional, and spiritual support for you and your partner/support person.
Finishing with a postpartum in-home visit.
