A 5-class, individualized, childbirth education and birth preparation series, available in person or on zoom! Topics included are what you really need to know to rock your birthing experience:

Class 1: The Physics, Metaphysics, and Physiology of Labour
Class 2: Birth is 80% Mental and 20% Physical
Class 3: Labour and Birth Choices
Class 4: Communication and Relationships
Class 5: Lactation, Early Postpartum and Beyond

Restorative ritual based on the Mexican tradition passed to me from Indigenous parteras (midwives) in Michoacán, Mexico. The ritual includes:
*a womb steaming (can sub herbal bath) (30-45 minutes)
*deep listening & integration of the birth & postpartum experience (concurrent with steaming/bath)
*full body massage & womb centering (45-60 mins)
*full body binding ritual--the subject's body is wrapped tightly in traditional rebozos (30 mins)

In-home (or hospital, if needed) support to help with adjusting to life with a newborn. Help can include lactation/baby care/postnatal body care expert advice, light housework like washing dishes/baby bottles, laundry, taking out garbage/recycling, picking up toys & tidying. Caring for newborn while parents rest, including feeding, diapering, soothing, changing clothes, bathing.
Daytime shifts 5h minimum, overnight shifts 8h minimum.

The first week of a baby's life is crucial for getting off on the right foot with lactation & breastfeeding. In our society the breastfeeding support and education in the first week is 90% contradictory and confusing. Cut through the noise with daily support from me. This package includes:

*5 daily in-home visits of 5h each to practice feeding your baby at least twice & troubleshoot common issues
*Daily phone/text/email support

*2 prenatal visits @ 2-2.5h each for labour and birth preparation (education and planning)

*On call for birth from 36 wga to 42 wga (or birth).

*unlimited labour support by phone/text and/or in person as the client needs

*unlimited access to my 13 years of experience & knowledge by phone/text/email during business hours, from contract signing to 6 weeks postpartum

*one in-person postpartum visit (2-4h) within 5 days of birth
