FIT4MOM is the leading fitness program for moms in the country with over 250 franchise locations nationwide. We believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive community for moms of all stages and offer kid-friendly workouts and social events. We currently offer stroller-based classes in Glens Falls, Ballston Sos and the surrounding areas.
We understand that mom life can be unpredictable which is why we offer several pricing options. A drop-in class is $15, an 8-class pass is $99, or a monthly unlimited membership is $59/month.
