Description

This is a Birthing From Within class and will take place online via Zoom on Wednesday nights at 7pm EST for 4 weeks starting the first Wednesday of each month.

In the class you will train your mind, body and spirit for birth and postpartum. You will do this by learning information about the physiological aspects of labor and birth, gaining tools to help you cope with pain and participating in exercises to practice facing the unknown.

The cost is $275 for the online 4 week class series.
