A 10-hour course in the Washington DC area that covers all of the basics in a non-judgmental way. A highly interactive course taught by two Lamaze-certified Childbirth Educators and mothers. You receive a 75-page guide, weekly emails with videos and extra resources, plus a birth plan template and 80+ birth plan icons for your use. We will get deep, explore fears and expectations, and help you prepare emotionally and practically.

$249 per couple (including non-parent support persons)
