Postpartum Doulas
I offer in-person Daytime & Overnight to support you:
Daily Check-ins to ensure everyone in the home is adjusting well.
Infant Feeding Support (breast, pumping, bottle)
Helping with light housework (folding laundry, dishes, wash/sanitize bottles & pump parts, meal preparation)
Tending to baby so Mom can take a nap, shower, or take some me time.
Connect family with professional resources (IBCLC’s, pelvic PT’s, perinatal counselors)
Daytime Shifts: $40/hr with a 4 hour minimum per shift. Overnight Shifts: $45/hr with a 8 hour minimum per shift.
