Mommy and Me Classes

Description

New Mom calls and groups connect women with peers and a mental health trained facilitator to explore the challenges and transitions during the first year of parenting and beyond.

The Empowering Moms program helps parents to feel connected and learn about helpful resources in their community to build their confidence.

Opportunities to connect are both virtual and in-person and extend beyond the first year of parenting.

Pricing Description

Donation based non-profit program with a suggested donation of $10 per group.
