As a Pelvic PT, I will help you through a pain-free pregnancy, teach you labor positions, breathing and pushing strategies, and how to reduce tearing or prolapse to protect your pelvic floor. Postpartum, I help posture and give strategies for correctly holding and lifting your babe to prevent prolapse. I also help you return to impact, sports, running, or any activity all while healing your core and without creating pelvic floor issues!

Empowered Physical Therapy PLLC offers in-clinic visits in Lake Stevens Washington starting at $165. Mobile visits to your home and Telehealth visits are also available!
You will receive 1 hour visits with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. No aides, no handoffs!
