The sleep deprivation in the newborn chapter can be daunting, particularly if you are availing of statutory paternity leave and facing the work week while still in the middle of it. I offer a limited number of night shifts per month with a minimum length of 8 hours per shift. Includes infant care, feeding support, home support and night friendly tasks.

Postpartum support in your home, leaving you feeling lighter and held. Includes Whatsapp support in between visits. Covers Dublin and Bray. Message me to check your location is ok if unsure! Virtual support also available.

Give the gift of a date night for new parents, no need to leave the house, getting dressed optional. In this 4 hour session I will set up the dining area, prepare a meal and activities based on their preferences, and look after some chores and the baby in another room while they connect and remind each other why they created one together in the first place. Once they're done I will hand the bundle of joy back and clean up, leaving them recharged.
