Description

I will assess your family's needs, offer recommendations and help you recover from birth physically and emotionally. I offer breastfeeding assistance, hands-on newborn-care and education and help families establish a new routine that best meets their needs. Laundry, organizing the nursery, caring for the older children, and preparing nutritious and tasty meals for the family, will be taken care of as you rest and bond with your baby.

Birth Classes

Description

7 hour class. It is super interactive and educational. You will learn all you need to know about Childbirth, Postpartum and Breastfeeding. Learn how to cope with labor, understand what's involved, how to prepare mentally and physically, how husbands can help, care provider options, why movement improves labor and so much more!

Birth Doulas

Description

Birth Doula-- As your Doula I will walk with you through pregnancy, labor and postpartum. Includes 2 prenatal appointments and frequent communication. Prenatals cover basic pregnancy, birth and postpartum education, prenatal care, forming birth goals and practicing labor positions and comfort techniques. Full birth support and a postpartum visit.
Additional services- postpartum support and childbirth classes.
