I’m a military spouse, birth doula, and mom. I love educating and empowering pregnant women and their partners while supporting them through the journey. I teach values and evidence-based decision-making to help parents have a positive birth story and feel confident in the way they bring their baby earthside. I am known for being super crunchy and clients have said that they can count on me to be trustworthy, positive, and calm.
