I offer virtual sleep support for weary parents and babies, from the newborn stage, up to toddlerhood. My approach is based on 35 years of experience, and is gentle, respectful, and effective.
Each consult includes a one hour video call, a written sleep plan, and 2 weeks of daily support through texts, emails and calls.
