Hi there! I’m Shantel, and I’m so glad you’re here. As the founder and CEO of Doula S.M.I.L.E., my heart is dedicated to supporting and uplifting families during one of life’s most transformative experiences. I am a trained birth and postpartum doula through DONA International and a Certified Lactation Counselor.I started Doula S.M.I.L.E. to ensure that every family feels empowered and informed, no matter what your journey looks like.

Description
This Package provides full support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. It includes up to three 90-minute video sessions for childbirth education, labor techniques, and birth planning, with ongoing feedback via email, phone, and text. You'll have unlimited virtual support during labor and for 2 hours after birth, with 24/7 availability. Two virtual postpartum follow-up visits within the first two weeks after birth, each lasting 1-2 hours

Birth Doulas
Description
This package offers two prenatal visits (90 minutes each) to help you prepare and create a personalized birth plan. You'll receive continuous support throughout labor and delivery, along with 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum assistance. I also provide lactation guidance and two postpartum visits within the first two weeks. For continued care, we’re available by phone and text for up to six weeks postpartum and offer a helpful resource list.
