Doula Support

Birth Doulas

Description

Doula package includes 2 to 3 comprehensive prenatal visits, one of which will be a full private Spinning Babies parent education class. Continual labor support once active labor begins (including the use of one of my personal tens units for pain management,) at least one hour post birth postpartum support, and one separate post partum meeting.
Certifications- DONA, TENS, Spinning Babies, Hypnobabies, Stillbirthday and CPST.
