Description

Birth coaching or doula services include prenatal meeting to discuss birth preferences and preparations, full birth support during labor and up to an hour after birth, and one postpartum meeting to mentally process the birth experience together. Birth support means that I advocate for you to have the space and time to make decisions, and I lead you through calming exercises to help keep your oxytocin high and your adrenaline low!

Pricing Description

My birth package is tailored to each client, based on number of prenatal meetings and level of support needed. My basic package includes 1 prenatal meeting and 1 postpartum meeting as well as full labor support (with use of a backup if needed).
Basic Birth package: $1500
