I am a certified Prenatal and Infant Nutritional Expert certified by Lindsay Taylor, aka The Food Doula.
I can help you with basic food support, letting you know what to incorporate into your diet and when, giving you focal points weekly, and providing gentle guidance through pregnancy. I also provide food prep in my home or yours as well as a fully inclusive package of planning, shopping and preparing for pregnancy and postpartum!

Food support starting at $100/m for nutritional expertise
Meal prep service $50/hr
Full package of shopping, meal plan, and prep $350/ session
