Birth Doulas
My package includes 2 prenatal visits. One of them, I offer a childbirth education course. Upon hire, I am available 24-7 to answer any non-medical questions. I offer labor and delivery support, and then 2 postpartum visits. In the postpartum visits, I serve as a “mommy’s helper.”

My passion for helping other women first started in college. I majored in American Studies and minored in Women Studies. It was an interdisciplinary study of racism, classism, and sexism. I worked at my college’s Women Center, and provided resources and education on various topics to the campus. When I was expecting with baby #2, I decided to leave my corporate job as healthcare recruiter to become a stay at home mom and start my doula training. I love being a mom and helping other moms!
What are your certifications and trainings?
I did my training in Brooklyn with Carriage House Birth. I am also Childbirth Educator Certified with them.
