Birth Doulas
- 2 one hour prenatal visits, one 2 hour prenatal visit, full labor support and a postpartum visit up to 6 weeks after birth. Virtual visits are available if desired.
- Unlimited phone/text/email support throughout pregnancy. I am a resource to answer questions and provide support and evidence based research whenever needed.
-Birth plan assistance
-Assistance with breastfeeding after delivery if desired.
