Hour long pelvic floor physical therapy visits, including prenatal care for common aches and pains and urinary leakage, birth prep visits to learn how to relax pelvic floor and prepare for labor, and postpartum recovery focused on addressing the whole body from toes to head, including pelvic floor!

These visits help women not only stay active during pregnancy pain free, but birth with confidence and recover with guidance.
