Birth Doula & Childbirth Education
Birth Doulas
We'll connect in 4 meetings (3 prenatally, 1 postpartum), ensuring comfort in your birth environment. My aim is to educate you on birth options. We'll prep mentally, practice comfort measures, & I'll be there during labor, supporting you at your chosen birth space. This also includes access to my self-paced, in-depth online course with over 45 lessons to facilitate an autonomous birth & postpartum, along with breastfeeding and newborn education.
