This includes:
- a 90-minute planning consultation prior to birth, usually around 38 weeks,
-60 minutes worth of zoom time to be used post-birth for a birth debrief/assistance with breastfeeding, settling, adjusting postpartum plan, etc.
- unlimited text and email support during that 8 week period
-ongoing text and email support for the first year
- assistance with preparing post-birth docs and a meal train set up for you.
