This class helps you work with your body to get ready for the birth of your baby. Spinning Babies approach adds more comfort in pregnancy and more ease in birth. This body-centered approach can be used everyday in pregnancy as well as anytime through labor and birth...including pushing.

Car Seat Education & Installation

Car Seat Installation

Description

Our Car Seat Safety Technician will come to your home, install your car seats in up to 2 different cars, show you how to install your car seats properly, then show you how baby should look in the car seat.
We provide a follow-up upon your request virtually to ensure your baby is properly in the car seat on his/her first ride.

$80 when added to any birth doula package
$100 for non-birth doula clients

Description

CBE is a hands-on 1-day workshop to get you fully prepared for pregnancy and birth, no matter what type of birth experience you choose. This class is designed to adapt to the specific needs and questions of each participant.
KYN is designed to learn about baby care in the first 6 weeks
BCB is an interactive class filled hands-on baby care skills
InJoy's Guides are included with each class
DFB combines purposeful movement with childbirth ed

Gift Registry Consults

Description

Prior to our 1-hour discovery and recommendation call, an indepth questionnaire will be sent to you. Once completed, we will schedule a video call, go over your needs, questions you have and recommendations based on your questionnaire.
If you already have a registry, we will go over it with you and make recommendations based on your questionnaire to add or remove items.

TENS Unit Rental

Description

TENS is a great comfort measure tool during labor. 90% of our clients use and LOVE it! Easy to use. Hand-held or attach to waistband. We give you everything you need...we even drop it off and pick it up if you are in our service area. We will teach you how to use it in-person or on a video call. This is a MUST-HAVE for all birthing people!

Description

Infant care, maternal support, Cesarean support, breastfeeding support, education, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, behavior charts (for older siblings), chore charts (for older siblings)
We provide what mom needs in order to heal so she can care for her new baby.
